Effective August 24, 2026 · Application-level notice. Separate negotiated agreements may govern institutional, athlete, agency, sponsor or enterprise relationships.
League One™ may process account identity, athlete/guardian profile information, sports-business records, contracts, rights/IP records, sponsorship/licensing information, communications, documents, commercial modeling, audit records and demo-request information when users provide or create those records.
Information is used to operate authorized sports-IP and commercial-career workflows. Application roles do not create legal, guardian, agency, financial, compliance, licensing or signature authority. Sensitive workflow access is controlled by authentication, role rules and row-level security.
AI features generate Draft decision support. Prompts and resulting Draft outputs may be processed by the configured AI provider. Do not submit information you are not authorized to use. AI output is not legal advice, compliance clearance, financial assurance, a rights grant or a binding decision.
This application does not currently process subscription payments. Plan requests are non-payment requests. If payment, distribution, identity, storage or other external providers are activated later, their own policies and contractual terms may also apply.
Athlete records can include minors. Organizations using the platform are responsible for appropriate guardian/consent and applicable legal/compliance processes. The software does not manufacture guardian consent.
Retention, deletion, export and legal-hold obligations depend on the governing organization and applicable agreements/law. Contact the organization administering your League One workspace for account-specific privacy requests.
